Payment methods
Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, or DISCOVER).
* Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.
* Please note that refunds cannot be issued after payment has been made. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed all details before registering. Additionally, please be aware that refunds cannot be issued if the event cannot be held due to a natural disaster. Thank you for your understanding.

Your credit card details will be processed by an independent payment service provider.
The congress secretariat will not have access to your credit card details.
Your credit card details will be encrypted for the transaction and removed from the system once the payment is complete.

Issuance of Receipt
You can download your receipt from your personal page (My Page). (We do not accept requests to send receipts via email or postal mail.)
For any inquiries regarding receipts, please contact the congress secretariat by email and include your name and Registration ID.
Requests will be handled during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (JST = GMT+9), excluding national holidays.
Visa Applications
International delegates are welcome to register and attend IKDS 2027.If you need to apply for a visa, please contact the organizing secretariat. We will send you a provisional conference program that you can use for your visa application. Please note that we do not issue invitation letters for visa applications.
Registration for Presenters
All presenters, chairs, invited speakers, symposia presenters, poster presenters must pay and register to attend IKDS 2027. Non-registered presenters and/or presenters who have not paid to attend, shall not be permitted to access the session(s) at which they are scheduled to present.
